Taint

Down in the valley,
'Taint high nor low
There's a furry little critter you
You ought to know.

'Taint to big,
'Taint to wide
But he loves it when you hold him
Side by side.

'Taint quite tongue and cheek,
But a plate damn I'd like.
He ain't a saint
But I'm without complaint.

He's the squirrely, burly, whirly, twirly, slithering --
'TAINT

  2. Thanks much! I wonder if this is similar to what Erik was envisioning when he wrote the poem. Probubly not. Poems are soooo open to interpretation.
